To Refund/Exchange, please reading the below policies carefully.

 

Exchange Policy: 

Would you like to exchange your purchase for another item? no problem! Simply send us an email at info@bananaleaf.com within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Exchange of goods is permitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Exchanges cannot be made if the goods or products are damaged, used, washed, or customized.

  • Exchanges are permitted for any item that is available on the Banana Leaf store and within the same or higher price range.

  • If the exchange is made for a lower priced item, the exchange will be considered a refund; therefore, it must be done within 7 days of the delivery date ("refund policy below).

  • Return delivery charges will be applicable and paid by the customer as well as the delivery of the new item.

Refund Policy:

While we hope it doesn't come to that, however, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply send us an email within 7 days of the purchase date at info@bananaleafworld.com

  • Refunds are permitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Refunds cannot be made if the goods or products are damaged, used, or customized.

  • Return delivery charges will be applicable and paid by the customer.

  • A refund will be made after receiving and analyzing the item. Once approved, the refund will be made within 3–5 working days.

Shipping Policy:

Banana Leaf is a Dubai-based e-store, which makes it an ideal location to deliver your purchase in the shortest time possible.

​

  • Shipments within the United Arab Emirate will take approximately 2-4 working days, and delivery charges may be added on top of your purchase value based on the location.

  • For any shipments outside the United Arab Emirates, the cost will be approximately AED 45 to 150, depending on the location.

  • Please be aware that we are not responsible for any customs charges added by your country upon shipping. These fees are determined by your local government and are out of our control.
